Regulatory Academy is an online exam preparation platform for RBI Grade B, SEBI Grade A, NABARD Grade A, IRDAI and similar Indian regulatory examinations. You can reach us at hello@regulatoryacademy.in.

• —You need an account to use the paid parts of the platform, and the details you give us should be accurate.
• —Your account is yours alone. Sharing a login is the one thing that will get an account suspended, because it is unfair to everyone who paid.
• —Keep your password to yourself. If you think someone else has it, change it and tell us.
• —You must be old enough to enter a contract in India, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf.

A plan gives you access to the material described on the pricing page for the period stated there. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include any taxes that apply.

We add and improve content over time. We may also retire material that is out of date — if something you paid for is removed, tell us and we will make it right.

The questions, courses, notes, explanations and mock tests on this platform are our copyright. You may use them for your own preparation, on your own account.

What you may not do is redistribute them — no reselling, no uploading to file-sharing sites, no bulk downloading or scraping, no running the material as part of another coaching service. This is the difference between a student and a competitor, and we take it seriously.

Answers you write in descriptive tests, notes you make and questions you post remain yours. We store and process them to run the platform — to have an evaluator mark your answer, for instance — and we do not sell them or publish them with your name on.

We work hard to keep the platform available and the content accurate, and we fix problems quickly when you tell us about them.

What we cannot promise is an exam result. Nothing here is a guarantee that you will clear any examination — that depends on your work, and on a selection process that is not ours to control. We also do not control the examining bodies, so syllabus and exam dates on this site are our best reading of their notifications, not an official source. Always check the official notification.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. Our cancellation and refund policy sets out when you can get your money back, and it is more generous than it is obliged to be.

We may suspend an account that shares a login, redistributes our material, or tries to break or overload the platform. If we do, we will tell you why. If you think we got it wrong, write to us — we would rather be corrected than lose someone unfairly.

If we change anything that materially affects you, we will email everyone with an account rather than quietly editing this page. The date at the top always tells you when it last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [your city] have jurisdiction over any dispute.
