Questions people ask before paying
- Can I try it before I pay?
- Yes. A free adaptive session, the daily MCQs and the past papers are open to everyone, and every course has at least one free chapter you can read in full.
- What happens when my plan ends?
- Access stops and your data stays. Your mistake notebook, your heatmap and your history are all still there if you come back.
- Is there a refund?
- Every plan starts with seven days free, so nothing is charged until you have used the whole product for a week. After that, if you pay and change your mind within three days, write to us and we refund it in full — no reason needed. Later than that we look at it case by case, and we are not difficult about it.
