Delete your account

Email hello@regulatoryacademy.in from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We check it came from you, confirm by reply, and delete the account within 30 days — usually much sooner.

• —Your profile: name, email, phone number and sign-in.
• —Everything you did: practice history, mock attempts, mastery, revision cards, notes, written answers and progress.
• —Personal guidance records, if you had any.

Payment and refund records, which the law requires us to keep for accounting, for as long as it requires. They are kept only for that purpose. Deleting your account also ends any plan you hold — if you might want a refund, read the refund policy first.
